In connection with the resumption of the negotiations for the settlement of local issues at Teintsin, I should be grateful to be informed what measures, if any, are in force in the Colony to control gambling in currency. I do not,

of course, refer to any measures which may have been introduced for the enforcement of our own exchange control in time of war.
